How it works

  1. Share your numbers, not just your goals

Average ticket by job type, booked jobs per month for the last two winters and summers, and how calls are answered today. That's what tells both of us whether a partnership can be measured fairly.

  2. Agree the baseline and the terms in writing

If it's a fit, we write down where you are today, what counts as a result, how it's tracked and how Ali is paid. If it isn't, you'll hear that plainly, along with the fixed-fee option.

  3. Start with one conversation

No forms and no sales script. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

What a growth partnership is made of

Most HVAC owners have paid a marketing company every month and then wondered what, exactly, they got for it. The Growth Partner Program turns that around. Ali Sedighi invests his time upfront and is paid on measurable results, so his income moves with yours. This site explains how that works, who it suits, and where it doesn't.

How the Growth Partner Program works

In short: time first, payment tied to results, terms in writing. The program is performance-based. Instead of a fixed retainer from day one, Ali puts in the strategic work at the start and is paid on results both sides can measure.

Because every HVAC company has different job values, seasons and capacity, there is no standard formula. Each partnership gets custom terms, written down before work starts. Those terms cover three things:

  1. The baseline: where your booked jobs, leads and revenue stand today, split by season and job type.
  2. The measure: what counts as a result, and which system records it (call tracking, your CRM or dispatch software, invoices).
  3. The payment: how Ali is paid when the measure moves, and what happens in a slow month or a record cold snap.

The Growth Partner Program page goes through each step, and the guide to measuring results shows how to build a baseline nobody argues with later.

Why aligned incentives matter in HVAC

A fixed fee pays the same whether your phone rings or not; a performance arrangement doesn't. That single difference changes behaviour. A partner paid on results has a reason to care about the boring parts: whether your dispatcher answers on the third ring, whether a $14,000 furnace and AC replacement quote gets a follow-up call, whether reviews are requested on the day the job closes.

Here is a simple check you can run on your own numbers. Say your average replacement ticket is $11,000, your gross margin on it is 35%, and you close 30% of replacement estimates. Each estimate you run is worth about $1,155 in gross profit ($11,000 × 0.35 × 0.30). Ten extra estimates a month is roughly $11,550 in gross profit. A partner who is paid on results cares about those estimates being real, booked and closed, not just about the number of clicks behind them.

Alignment is not magic, though. It only works when the measure is fair, which is why the baseline matters more than the pitch. Our comparison of performance-based and fixed-fee marketing covers the trade-offs honestly.

Who qualifies, and who should pick a fixed plan

Partnerships are limited, so we look for a good fit on both sides. The questions we ask are practical:

  • Can results be measured? You need call tracking, or a willingness to add it, and job records that show what was booked and invoiced.
  • Can you handle more work? Extra leads are useless if your technicians are already booked three weeks out in January.
  • Is there room in your market? A partnership needs space to grow, whether that's a new service area, a neglected job type or a weak online presence.
  • Will the owner stay involved? Monthly reviews of the numbers are part of the deal.

If the answers don't line up, the fixed-fee plans are the honest alternative. They start at $2,998 per month, and websites start at $3,500, in Canadian dollars plus GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). See pricing for what each plan includes, or check your own position with the partnership readiness guide.

What the work looks like in practice

Whatever the arrangement, the marketing itself is familiar work done carefully. It usually draws on four areas:

The services overview explains which to start with.

To be clear about our role: we are not an HVAC contractor. We plan and run marketing and advise owners on growth. We never install, repair or service equipment.

Proof from our HVAC work

Our published results are from HVAC and heating companies, and each names the client. HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. CombiBoiler.ca reached 300% ROI with 300+ monthly leads. BCWide.ca saw 3× leads in 90 days. These figures come from our HVAC marketing work generally; they are not a description of partnership terms. The results page explains what each one shows.

Across Canada, from Vancouver

We work with HVAC companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories. Climate, fuel mix and rebate programs change what a fair baseline looks like, so each region gets its own page. Start at areas we serve.

Frequently asked questions

What is HVACGrowthPartner.ca?

HVACGrowthPartner.ca is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for HVAC and heating companies, focused on the performance-based Growth Partner Program. The brand belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, is run from Vancouver, BC, and is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.

How does the Growth Partner Program work in one sentence?

Ali invests his time upfront and is paid on measurable results, under custom terms written for each partnership. There is no published rate card for it, because the baseline, the measure and the payment are agreed case by case.

What percentage or revenue share do you take?

There isn't a standard one. Terms are set per partnership, in writing, after we've looked at your numbers together. Anyone quoting you a percentage before seeing your call and job data is guessing.

Do you install or service HVAC equipment?

No. We are not an HVAC contractor. We market and advise heating and cooling companies; we never install, repair or service equipment and never compete with you for a job.

Is every HVAC company accepted?

No. Partnerships are limited, and they only work when results can be measured and the business can handle more work. Owners who prefer a predictable monthly cost can choose a fixed-fee plan instead.

What does the free trial include?

The 7-day free trial covers a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, with no credit card. It gives you useful facts whether you go on to a partnership, a fixed plan or neither.
